DJ Rossy was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where her deep love for music first began. At the age of 12, she moved to Cape Coral, Florida, quickly teaching herself English and adapting to a new culture while holding on to her vibrant roots. Growing up surrounded by rhythm, she developed a wide and versatile musical taste — from tropical genres like salsa, merengue, and bachata to jazz, hits from the 60s through the 90s, house music, EDM, and more.

After graduating high school, DJ Rossy pursued medical training and became a certified medical assistant. She has remained in the medical field ever since, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. Her dedication and work ethic extend beyond healthcare — she has always been a hustler, working in the hospitality industry from a young age in both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) roles. In recent years, she has primarily worked in waitressing and bartending, sharpening her people skills and deepening her understanding of what it takes to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
